Fedele is Co-Founder and CEO of DiPocket Group, the leading embedded finance provider in Central and Eastern Europe, employing over 110 staff, mainly based in its Vilnius and Warsaw hubs.

Established as an FCA licensed e-money institution in 2015, and in Lithuania in 2020, it offers a full range of payment solutions across the EEA and the UK, including payment cards, card to account acquiring, card to card payments, IBANs and interbank payments, Open Banking.

Use cases served range from funds disbursements – loan payouts, employee benefits, meal vouchers, relief funds, to cards for corporate purchases, to gift cards, to white label e-money wallets.

Prior to establishing DiPocket, Fedele’s career spanned across Management Consulting, Investment Banking and Executive Board roles, with a focus on the financial services industry in CEE.
