Andrzej Szeptycki
Undersecretary of State
He is a political scientist, university professor at the Faculty of Political Science and International Studies at Warsaw University, and an expert at the Strategies 2050 Institute.
His research interests focus on Ukraine’s domestic and foreign policy, Poland’s foreign policy, the situation in the post-Soviet area, as well as postcolonial studies and the politics of memory.
He has lectured in France, Ukraine and China, among other countries. His most recent publication is “Contemporary Polish-Ukrainian Relations” (Scholar 2023). He is currently the head of the research project “Russia’s Wars: Causes, Determinants, Course and Consequences of Warfare of the Russian Federation in the Post-Cold War Period” funded by the National Science Center.
