Maciej Błaszak – cognitive scientist, biologist, doctor habilitated in humanities, professor at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and the Higher School of Management and Psychology in Poznań. Scholar at the University of Kiel (DAAD Scholarship) and the University of Edinburgh (Tempus Scholarship).

Lecturer at the Leon Koźmiński Academy in Warsaw, the University of Economics in Poznań, and SWPS University in Poznań. His research interests focus on the epigenesis of the mind, i.e., the possibilities of shaping the human brain under the influence of environmental stimuli.

He works on the psychology of universal design, business psychology, and education inspired by brain research. He is a member of the Research and Innovation Team at the UIC (International Union of Railways) in Paris.

For years, he has been conducting training and expert lectures for management staff and education leaders. Author and co-author of five monographs and several dozen scientific articles.
