Alina Pszczółkowska is a physician, a graduate of Warsaw Medical University, Polish Open University, and Oxford Brookes University, where she completed her MBA studies. She has been involved in clinical research since 1997. She joined AstraZeneca in 1999, working both in Poland and abroad in the company’s research and development department, overseeing the development of the portfolio in several therapeutic areas and managing projects and organizations worldwide.

Since 2023, she has been supervising the development programs for new molecules in the area of respiratory diseases and immunology. Alina also holds the position of Vice President at AstraZeneca Pharma Poland.
