Joanna Hetnarowicz-Sikora – Judge of the District Court in Slupsk

Judge of the District Court in Slupsk, ruling in the criminal division. Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdansk and postgraduate studies in International Law and Foreign Service at the Faculty of Law, University of Warsaw. Member of the National Board of the SSP IUSTITIA. Since 2022 – President of the Słupsk Branch of SSP IUSTITIA. In the Association he is responsible for the area of training and international cooperation, representing the Association in cases before the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg and in contacts with EU institutions. Since October 2023, she has also been an expert of Team Europe Direct Poland operating at the Representation of the European Commission in Poland, dealing with European law in the area of freedom, security and justice with a particular focus on issues related to the protection of fundamental rights, anti-discrimination law and migration law.

Privatly – passionate about reading, forest hiking and taekwondo training.
