Sustainability Director, Rafał Rudzki has been serving as the ESG Strategy owner since 2021, overseeing the execution of strategic objectives outlined in the Responsibility Strategy of the Żabka Group and reporting to the Vice President for Strategy and Group Development. He also leads the ESG Department, which supervises the operational implementation of ESG priorities. He collaborates with the ESG Reporting team, reporting directly to the CFO.

Over the past 15 years of his professional career, he has worked in companies such as IBM, PwC, and Deloitte, supporting enterprises in Poland and abroad in the transformation of business processes, with a particular focus on the strategic management of non-financial factors – ESG. At Deloitte, where he joined the Żabka team from, he advised clients in the area of responsibility and sustainable development, supporting, among others, customers in the retail and consumer goods sectors, and coordinated the development of services, delivering them jointly with teams in 19 Central European countries. Rafał is a graduate of Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Erasmus University in Rotterdam, and the University of Cambridge. He engages in social activities and serves as a member of the Board (Council) of the Association of Polish Economists.
