Cezary Kocik has served as Vice President of Retail Banking since 2012.

Since 2004, he has been creating, together with mBank’s retail banking team, a comprehensive range of products and services for individuals, entrepreneurs and small businesses in 3 markets: Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia. In addition, he oversees the private banking and wealth management client segment, the brokerage office and TFIs.

Before joining mBank, he gained experience in investment banking, restructuring and debt collection (PBG Bank) and in the retail area as branch manager in Lodz – the 5th largest branch of Bank Pekao S.A., then the second major bank for retail clients in Poland.

He graduated from the University of Lodz with a degree in Finance and Banking. He completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP 189) at Harvard Business School in 2015, and the Strategic Management in Banking course at INSEAD in March 2018. He holds a securities broker’s license.
