He is a physicochemist and professor at the Wrocław University of Technology, Department of Chemistry. He is a specialist in biophotonics and nonlinear optics. She is also interested in advanced microscopic techniques and imaging. Recently, she was honored with a very prestigious French-Polish scientific award from the French Chemical Society – Société Chimique de France. She is also currently a visiting professor at the Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche – Institute of Applied Science and Intelligent Systems in Pozzuoli, Italy and is also affiliated with the International Institute for Sustainability with Knotted Chiral Meta Matter (SKCM2) at the University of Hiroshima, Japan.
