At PayU since 2011, Marek has extensive experience overseeing the product development of the company’s offering of payment methods and managing the global portfolio of financial and settlements products. Since 2019 focusing on operational excellence and international settlements services as a Head of Financial Settlements EMEA. He has served also as a Member of the PayU S.A. Management Board since April 2022.

A seasoned leader with over ten years’ experience in managing multinational teams worldwide, Marek’s expertise combines focus on product development as well as exceptional operational service delivery. Prior to joining PayU, Marek started his career in the Financial Service industry focusing on remittance and global payments, before moving to a Scandinavian manufacturing company as a Financial Manager.

Marek holds an MA in Linguistics from the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan and is a certified bookkeeper. Tireless advocate of diversity and inclusion, Marek exemplifies an ethical and sustainable leadership. Huge fintech and agile enthusiast, admirer of Italian football and fan of rock music.
