Editor-in-chief of ELLE Polska magazine and ELLE.pl The central focus of ELLE Editor-in-Chief is women’s empowerment. Professionally associated with women dedicated media for 17 years.

Her greatest passion lies in conducting interviews with women who serve as an inspiration to Polish women – icons in their respective fields. Among those she has interviewed are: First Lady Jolanta Kwaśniewska, Iga Świątek, Monika Olejnik, Martyna Wojciechowska, Grażyna Torbicka, Gosia Baczyńska, Dorota Soszyńska, Lidia Popiel, Kayah, Professor Marzena Dębska. At the heart of each of these conversations always stands SHE (in French “elle”) – her personal story, experience and talent, as well as a reflection on how the world of Polish women has changed and evolved over the past decades. The common thread uniting all these women, Tabiś-Szymanek’s protagonists, is their commitment to the well-being as they choose.

Tabiś-Szymanek is also the creator of the video project ELLE Voices, in which the “voice” belongs to women addressing topics such as late motherhood, health, sex, business, and finances.
