Barbara Mroczek has nearly two decades of experience in designing and implementing activities to strengthen the institution’s profile and manage its reputation. Since 2019, she has been director of the Department of Public Communications at the Energy Regulatory Authority. He is responsible for shaping and implementing the regulator’s information and education policy aimed at all energy market participants. The ERO’s communication activities include informing the public about the regulator’s most important decisions and significant legislative changes, as well as the effects and goals of the climate and energy transition. The goal is to build trust in the public institution and understanding of the actions taken by the President of the Energy Regulatory Authority.
From 2004 to 2014, she worked at the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, where she also served as director of the Department of Public Communications and Foreign Cooperation.
She is a graduate of the Faculty of Economic Sciences at the University of Warsaw, and studied for a year at the University of Bologna.
