Dawid Telepski, LPP Contact Center Director

Has been associated with the Contact Center industry for 19 years, gaining experience by managing projects for brands such as Orange, Play, Energa, Ray-Ban, and Wakacje.pl.

He specializes in the automation and robotization of processes and the use of artificial intelligence in customer service. He is the creator of tools for effective management of correspondence in Customer Care areas, as well as offering and managing reservations in the HoReCa industry.

Since 2019, he has been associated with LPP, a Polish leader in the clothing industry, owner of brands such as Reserved, House, Cropp, Mohito, and Sinsay, where he directs the work of the Contact Center office and is responsible for the policy of managing customer relations, including the process of payment execution in the LPP e-commerce channel in over 30 European countries. He supervises the implementation of solutions automating customer service, including the deployment of conversational artificial intelligence in the consultation service process through chatbots and mailbots. He is also responsible for improving the efficiency of First Contact Resolution indicators using innovative language models and the robotization of processes in the CC area.
