Gerald Tomasik
BIO
Gerald Tomasik is an entrepreneur who embarked on his journey at the age of 19. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish a leading windsurfing & kiteboarding center in Cyprus (WindsurfingCyprus.com), where he also managed the distribution of surfing equipment to the Middle East. Upon returning to Poland, Gerald sought out new challenges.
With a background as an export sales manager at 3DGence and 3D Systems, leading 3D printing companies with clients like General Motors, he honed his skills in sales and management. Following this, Gerald founded Hexagon Group, a 3D printing distribution company.
Despite his success in the technology industry, Gerald’s passion for good, healthy food led him to venture into the food market. In 2016, he established Chop Chop, which quickly became the biggest Thai ice cream mobile chain in Poland. During the pandemic, health issues prompted Gerald to adopt a Flexitarian lifestyle. Faced with a lack of delicious and healthy plant-based products on the market, he founded Food Jack, offering a plant-based meat alternative made from Jackfruit.
Gerald Tomasik is driven by his entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to providing innovative solutions in the food industry. Today, Food Jack is not just a producer of meat alternatives but primarily a provider of nutritious food based on jackfruit. Gerald and his team are constantly searching for new solutions for this miraculous fruit, and introducing it to Polish consumers and beyond has become his business mission.
