Paweł Borys serves as Managing Partner of MCI Capital and CEO of MCI Capital TFI. He is a manager with over 24 years of professional experience in Polish and international financial institutions, including Deutsche Bank, PKO Bank Polski and the Polish Development Fund. He specializes in investments, strategy building, financial services, new technologies and reorganizations and integrations. Creator of the Employee Capital Plans program, the Financial Shield, or the region’s largest PE/VC fund platform at PFR. He has managed public market funds and executed strategic M&A and private equity investments worth more than PLN 20 billion. He has extensive corporate experience as a member of more than 20 supervisory boards, including 3 banks and 2 TFIs.
