Director of sales and strategy at the Polish branch of Mastercard Europe.

Tomasz heads the sales team that maintains relationships with all Mastercard payment card issuers in Poland. He coordinates Mastercard’s efforts to provide customers with the best payment solutions and a wide range of additional services, including consulting, data analytics, loyalty, cyber security, open banking and bill payment, among others. He is also responsible for strategy development and coordination of key projects.

Prior to joining Mastercard, Tomasz worked at Citi Handlowy bank and McKinsey, a consulting firm. He has more than 18 years of experience in retail banking, the payments industry and strategic consulting.

Tomasz holds a degree in international economic relations from the University of Economics in Katowice.
