Expert in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion , President of the WłączeniPlus Foundation, creator of Sukces Pisany Szminką.

She founded the first organisation in Poland for women’s entrepreneurship and gender equality called Sukces Pisany Szminką (2008). President of the EnabledPlus Foundation for Diversity and Inclusion (DEI). Member of the NGO Council for the Polish Presidency of the EU.

Founder of the DEI Champions Club, an association of multinational corporations working together for equality and diversity. This is the first initiative of its kind in Europe.
Author of radio and television programmes, for years associated with Radio Pin and EuroZet as well as TVN24 and TVP2. Author of the podcasts ‘Włączeni’ and ‘Sukces Pisany Szminką’.

Writer, author of four books including the bestsellers ‘My Friend Crisis’, ‘Love is a Verb’ author of a play entitled High C.
She has received many prestigious awards in Poland and abroad. Among others, Women’s Tertiary European Award, Woman Leader, title of Business Inspirer and Positivist of the Year. She was listed as one of Poland’s 25 leaders for the next 25 years.

She graduated from the University of Plymouth and the Amsterdam School of Business, and from the School of Music in Warsaw in violin class.

She is married and the mother of three children.
