The President of the Management Board of Legia Warszawa and the owner of 100 percent of the Club's shares is an investor and entrepreneur with extensive management, transaction and regulatory experience. He has carried out many international projects in the sectors of natural resources, energy, infrastructure and high technologies.

In 1997-2007, Dariusz Mioduski was a partner of CMS Cameron McKenna in London, and in 1991-1997 he worked in the New York and Warsaw offices of White & Case, and at Vinson & Elkins in Houston. Between 2007 and 2013, he managed Kulczyk Investments S.A., the largest capital group in Poland.

Dariusz Mioduski is the Vice President of the Management Board of the European Club Association (ECA), which brings together the largest football clubs in Europe, a member of the UEFA Club Competitions Committee and a member of the Harvard Law School Dean's Advisory Board. He also sits on the management boards and supervisory boards of companies related to the investment activities of his company, Radwan Investments.

Dariusz Mioduski holds a PhD in law from Harvard University and a degree from St Thomas University in Houston.
