Experienced entrepreneur, investor and professional speaker. He graduated with honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

He is currently passionately focused on the development of Enervigo, the most dynamic integrated provider of modern energy solutions in Poland. As a major investor and Chairman of the Supervisory Board, he plays a key role in formulating and implementing the company’s strategy. Maciej places particular emphasis on renewable energy and advocates the need to integrate SMR nuclear energy into Poland’s energy mix.

Earlier, in 2000, he co-founded the Pracuj Group – one of the first unicorns in Poland, where he still serves as Chairman of the Supervisory Board.

Maciej is also a co-founder and partner of several Business Angel and Venture Capital funds, as well as the Endeavor organization, where he also sits on the boards.

Privately, he is the father of three children, with whom he actively spends time. An ardent promoter of “Work Life Integration and Longevity” and the use of the concept of “Behavioral Science” in both business and private life.
