Maj. Gen. Karol Molenda – Commander of the Cyber Defense Forces Component.

An international expert specializing in developing and implementing innovative solutions in the field of cybersecurity. A passionate advocate and creator of improvements in areas such as responding to computer incidents, digital forensics, and teleinformatics security.

A practitioner who successfully achieved the goal set by the Minister of National Defense to establish the Cyber Defense Forces, based on experience gained from leading and commanding numerous organizational units responsible for defending and protecting cyberspace at both national and alliance levels. A special operations officer experienced in conducting operations in cyberspace.

Co-creator and supervisor of hundreds of research and development projects in modern technologies, including Milnet-T and the Mercury communicator. Co-founder of one of the most advanced digital forensics laboratories.

An active participant in efforts to build relationships with allies and key partners on the international stage.

A graduate of the Military University of Technology (MSc in Engineering) in the Electronics Department and postgraduate MBA studies in cybersecurity at the Military Cybernetics Department of the Military University of Technology. A graduate of postgraduate studies in cybersecurity at the Warsaw School of Management.
