Economist, manager in the NGO and think-tank sector, expert on economic policy, regulation and economic analysis of law. Graduated in economics and political science from the University of Bristol in the UK and in economics from the Warsaw School of Economics.
He completed the Atlas Leadership Academy and Think Tank MBA international training courses organised by the US Atlas Network. A participant in the Advancing Democracy programme of the Friedrich Naumann Foundation and the American Jewish Committee. Winner of the Leszek Balcerowicz Autumn School.
Nominated for the Gazeta Stołeczna “Stołek 2016” award for the “Legally on the Vistula” campaign. Co-founder of the ruleoflaw.pl project and website. From 2013 to 2021 Vice President of the Civil Development Forum (FOR) Foundation, founded by Leszek Balcerowicz. Since 2021 Vice President and Managing Director of the Foundation for Economic Freedom. Author of numerous articles on the economy, law and politics published in Poland and abroad. Liberal.
