Member of the European Parliament, Polska 2050 Szymona Hołowni/Renew Europe.

Veteran journalist and media manager. Former Editor-in-Chief of Newsweek Polska, Forbes, Dziennik Gazeta Prawna and Wprost. In 2013 he became the Director of Poland office at the Atlantic Council of the United States. In 2019 he joined the presidential campaign of an independent candidate Szymon Hołownia. After 2020 runoff Kobosko got involved in the formation of the Polska 2050 civic movement and the centrist political party, where he became the I vice president.

In 2024 elected to the European Parliament. Member of ITRE, PETI, AFET committees dealing with the industrial policy, security and defense and technological sovereignty of Europe. Vice-chair of EP delegation for relations with Belarus.
