I set up the Teen Asylum website in April 2018. I created it for self-therapy and a huge desire to help, to support others. I have experienced mental distress myself. I developed anorexia and depression as a teenager.
I see the good in every person, I take the positives out of bad situations. I love nature and prefer to spend my free time surrounded by greenery.

‘Privately’ I study psychology at the SWPS University in Katowice. On my private instagram I talk about books, show the life of Pola (my dog) and sometimes talk about important things. I am the protagonist of Justyna Suchecka’s book, entitled. ‘I won’t tell you that everything will be fine’. In 2023, I was a finalist in Forbes’ “25 under 25” competition in the Positive Influence category and I am a hero and author of the “Young Heads” campaign prevention programme.
