Małgorzata Wójcik

Małgorzata Wójcik – Associate Professor of Social Sciences in the field of psychology and a professor at SWPS University. Her work focuses on studying the causes and manifestations of bullying as well as the dynamics of peer groups. Together with her team, she develops projects and systems aimed at preventing bullying and fostering a positive school climate.
Currently, she is implementing the integrated program for monitoring and preventing peer violence, “RESQL,” in primary and secondary schools. She has completed a project on social innovation funded by the National Centre for Research and Development.
Dr. Wójcik is the recipient of the Prof. Roman Czernecki Award for the best academic and specialist article in the field of education in 2021 and 2023, as well as the Minister of Education and Science Award for significant achievements in implementation activities in 2022.
She is also the author of numerous academic publications and textbooks.
