I am a Warsaw-based Bloomberg News journalist reporting on Polish government news with focus on domestic affairs, European and transatlantic relations, as well as defense and security related issues.
Before joining Bloomberg News, I was covering Polish political scene for The Wall Street Journal. I was also freelancing with various international media outlets including BBC or The New Humanitarian on stories related to post-conflict societies, transitional justice, humanitarian crises and forced displacement in West and East African countries of South Sudan, Uganda, Rwanda and Ghana.
In 2022, I published a book: “I killed. The stories of mothers sentenced for genocide in Rwanda” narrating the struggle faced by Rwanda female genocidaires as they come to terms with their crimes.
I hold a BA in Communication Science (Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, Germany) and MA in International Crimes and Criminology (VU University, The Netherlands).
