Banker, manager and consultant with 30 years of professional experience in domestic and foreign financial institutions. Chairman of the Supervisory Board of VeloBank SA. During his career, he participated in numerous stock exchange debuts of the largest Polish issuers and the largest credit and capital transactions on the Polish market. Graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and holder of CFA designation.

Honored by the Lesław Paga Foundation Award.

In 2010-2021, he was vice-president of the management board of PKO Bank Polski, where he supervised the corporate and investment banking, treasury, brokerage and capital transactions of the bank as well as the bank’s subsidiaries, including Kredobank in Ukraine.

In 2011-2019, he served as a director on the supervisory board of Marguerite, a European infrastructure development fund with the participation of I.a. the European Investment Bank and development banks from Germany (KfW), Italy (CDP), Spain (ICO) and France (CDC).

During his professional career, he also worked for Creditanstalt Investment Bank and Deutsche Morgan Grenfell/Deutsche Bank Research, covering the banking sector in Central and Eastern Europe. In 2001-2003, he was CFO/executive director of the Financial Division at Bank Pekao (Unicredit). He was also the president of the management board of Allianz Bank, CDM Securities, the largest non-bank distributor of investment funds in Poland and was the vice-chairman of the Supervisory Board of Pioneer Pekao Asset Management.
