Konrad Golota is a marketing graduate from the University of Warsaw. He also holds an MBA.

From 2012 to 2016, he worked with the Democratic Left Alliance, where he was in charge of the day-to-day development of the party’s international policy, cooperation with the parliamentary club and the European Parliament, cooperation with the diplomatic corps, as well as international meetings.

From 2016 to 2023, he worked for the European Socialists and Democrats faction in the European Parliament, where he worked with 11 Central and Eastern European countries to support stronger European integration, transatlantic relations and progressive and sustainable development. As of December 2023, he worked at the Ministry of Digitization as head of the political cabinet.

On February 3, 2025, he was appointed by Prime Minister Donald Tusk as Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of State Assets. He will oversee companies in the arms sector.
