Marta has over 20 years of experience in the industry with an extensive background in HR
management, advising, and bringing pragmatic and innovative HR solutions enabling the
realization of business strategy and goals. As a leader, Marta focuses on people
development to unlock full team potential. She is results-oriented, brings a holistic and
strategic perspective to the discussion, challenges the status quo, builds consensus, and
fosters collaboration.
Before joining AstraZeneca in July 2021, Marta held numerous local, regional, and global
roles in Human Resources, delivering customized HR solutions to teams and spearheading
several strategic initiatives within Roche Company. Marta holds a master's degree in law
from Gdansk University. She’s passionate about people’s personal development.
