As a co-founder and managing partner of IPOPEMA Business Consulting – a leader in the Polish SAP implementation market – for over 20 years she has been implementing projects that help Polish and international organizations build sustainable competitive advantage through advanced technological innovations.

She gained professional experience in global corporations such as PwC, IBM and International Paper, where she combined business, strategic and technological perspectives. She is a collector of women’s art and founder of the Empower Art Foundation, which supports Polish women artists at home and abroad, helping them build recognition. The foundation is also committed to educating the younger generation, promoting conscious art collecting and financial management, combining a passion for art with an investment approach.
