Weronika is the founder of The Women Leadership Academy and an ICF-certified leadership coach specializing in female leadership development. She integrates insights from positive psychology, neuroscience, and cognitive behavioral therapy into her practice. Having lived and worked in France, Spain, Italy, UK and Poland, she brings a multicultural and inclusive perspective to her leadership coaching.

With over 14 years of experience in the corporate world as a vice-director managing international projects, primarily at PwC, she understands the challenges and opportunities that female leaders face. She now helps organizations foster an inclusive culture by empowering women with courage and self-confidence. She also engages men in female leadership development, focusing on mutual understanding and encouraging authenticity in leadership.
