Lawyer, academic lecturer, trainer and speaker at public procurement conferences and expert witness at the District Court in Poznań since 2018. Director of the Public Procurement in the Poznań City Hall.
She has been involved in public procurement for 20 years. She has experience working for large contracting entities, as well as advising contractors competing for public contracts and representing parties before the National Board of Appeals. She is a member of the All-Poland Association of Public Procurement Consultants and the Public Procurement Team of the Paweł Adamowicz Union of Polish Metropolises.
As an expert witness, she cooperates with law enforcement agencies and courts throughout Poland, conducting analyses of documentation and preparing, mainly in criminal proceedings, opinions in the field of public procurement. In 2023, the team she leads received the prestigious award of the Minister of Technology and Development for the best procurement team in the category “Procurer with a high level of professionalization.”
