Dr. of economic sciences in the field of management. She specializes in the topics of management, leadership and sustainable development, with a particular focus on the social aspects of the field. As an expert, she combines science with business practice, creating and implementing mentoring programs and advising organizations on development processes. She is the originator and editor-in-chief of a book on wellbeing in organizations and co-author of Dilemmas of HR Professionals. She regularly publishes in industry media, sharing her knowledge and experience. She is the co-founder and co-inventor of the Wrocław DEI Network.

At WSB Merito University in Wroclaw, she leads the didactic team of human resources management and is responsible for specializations related to human capital. She provides substantive supervision and leads a team of trainers in the postgraduate course Sustainable Development Manager. She also leads the internal Sustainability Team, acting as the Rector’s Representative for Sustainability.
