Hanna Miśniakiewicz
Hanna is the Polish Youth Delegate to the United Nations, representing youth perspectives on global platforms like the UN General Assembly in New York. She works to bridge young voices with international decision-making, focusing on peace, democracy, and security, and believes in collective leadership to build more just and resilient societies.
A former alpine ski racer, Hanna competed internationally for Poland, learning the values of teamwork, resilience, and courage—skills she now applies to diplomacy and advocacy. She studied Journalism to amplify unheard voices and pursued a Master’s in Management to drive impact effectively.
Despite her young age, she has gained experience across different sectors—from working in grassroots NGOs supporting education for adolescents in foster care, to participating in international fellowships on human rights and peace, up to her professional role at UNICEF’s Refugee Response Office, supporting Ukrainian refugees.
She has also engaged in social startups, grassroots initiatives, and both local and international volunteering. Passionate about values-based leadership and systemic change, Hanna is committed to empowering young people to take action for a better future.
