She joined Sandoz Poland in 2019 as Retail Core & Trade BU Head, became Country Head Hungary in 2023, and returned to the Sandoz Poland team after two years, this time in the role of Sandoz Country President in Poland.

She has extensive experience in managing diverse cross-functional teams, is also passionate about coaching and mentoring and is a certified facilitator of the Hogan methodology.
