He has been working with Santander Bank Polska since 2005. In the Risk Management Division, he was responsible for projects related to risk modeling for retail portfolios and enterprises in Poland and abroad. He also carried out business intelligence projects and was responsible for risk management on the individual customers portfolio.

Since the beginning of 2017, he has been responsible for implementing the latest data science solutions in the areas of CRM, credit risk and financial crime management.
