Journalist and manager associated with the media for over 20 years, graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy at Warsaw University.

He worked, among others, in Radio Jazz, Radiostacja (former Scouting Broadcasting), Polish Radio (Radio BIS, Jedynka Polskie Radio), Agora (Roxy FM, Tok FM), cooperated with MTV, Vh1, TVP, was associated with tvn24 (co-host of the program Szkło Kontaktowe).

He conducted trainings on public speaking (among others for spokesmen of district prosecutor’s offices) and lectures for students, published in Gazeta Wyborcza (Duży Formt), Newsweek, Polityka, Krytyka Polityczna and oko.press.

In 2019-2020, he served as a spokesman for Mayor Rafał Trzaskowski and the Warsaw City Hall.
