Stanislaw Kastory is the co-founder of Expeditions Fund, a venture capital fund specializing in early-stage investments in deep tech companies, including dual use and defense tech, as well as cybersecurity, quantum computing, cybersecurity and AI security and safety. Stanislaw’s private goal is to activate private capital to invest in technologies that build Polish security and defense independence.

Stanislaw, together with his partner Mikołaj Firlej, also runs Firlej Kastory, a family office representing a small group of private investors in their investments, primarily in top global VC funds.

Prior to founding Expeditions Fund and Firlej Kastory, Stanislaw Kastory worked as an M&A lawyer at one of Poland’s largest law firms, Domański Zakrzewski Palinka (DZP). At DZP, he founded and headed the DZP Future project, which aimed to work with startups. Stanislaw Kastory graduated with a Master’s degree in Law and Administration from the University of Warsaw.
