Wiktoria Kinik

BIO
An expert in the fields of health education, social campaigns, public relations and marketing. A graduate in PR and media marketing from the University of Warsaw, she also developed her competencies through education in Vienna and Istanbul, which allowed her to gain valuable experience and an international perspective. She specializes in creating and coordinating social and educational, CSR and ESG campaigns, with a particular focus on mental health topics. She has implemented projects for brands such as KFC, GSK, Haleon, Moderna, Novartis and Roche. She has co-authored unique initiatives such as the campaign for Theraflu and the Share the Care Foundation, and “Advanced Breast Cancer. I Know More” for Novartis.
Currently, as an advocate for the Empowering Children Foundation, she focuses on educating the public and advocacy efforts to prevent child abuse and support children and adolescents in mental health crisis. She conducts panels, workshops and lectures, sharing knowledge and inspiring a collective search for solutions to protect the youngest. In her work, she consistently relies on the power of cooperation between business and NGOs, recognizing it as a key factor generating tangible, mutual benefits. For many years, he has been active in advocating for human rights and supporting the development of local communities.
