Malgorzata Milczarek-Bukowska has many years of experience in managing the HR area in international companies. This includes both so-called hard and soft HR. She has prepared and implemented local and regional strategies concerning, among others, payroll systems, performance management as well as talent development or diversity, equality and inclusiveness. She was responsible for preparing and carrying out changes in business models, cultural processes or HR processes during restructuring, acquisitions and mergers.

She has been with Credit Agricole Bank since 2024. Previously, she worked for, among others: ING, Nationale Nederlanden, Nordkalk; Pfizer, MetLife. She was also a member of the companies’ boards of directors.

Małgorzata Milczarek-Bukowska graduated in psychology from Jagiellonian University and completed MBA studies at the Wyższa Szkoła Biznesu – NationalLouis University in Nowy Sącz. In addition, she is a graduate of postgraduate studies in HR management at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Cracow, Leedsi University Cornell University. Privately, she is happily married and mother of a teenage son. She enjoys music, especially rock concerts.
