Experienced in toy industry for 13 years in total, joint the LEGO Group 11 years ago. Barış has broad spectrum of experience across different functions and geographies. Worked in Turkiye as a local marketer, then in Regional functions form CEEMEA based in Prague, covering Brand Management, Marketing Planning & Performance, Demand Planning before landing on the current role in Warsaw, Head of Marketing for Poland, Ukraine and Baltics.

His contributions are driving the organizational change,strategic leadership, deep understanding of kids audience, addressing the raising trend of adults demand in toy industry.

Studied Management Engineering BSc in Istanbul Technical University and MSc Marketing Management in Aston University, UK. Currently living in Warsaw with his wife and daughter.
