Phil Krzyzek brings over thirty years of experience in the healthcare sector, having worked in various roles within well-known pharmaceutical companies such as Pfizer, AstraZeneca, and IQVIA. He also spent several years managing a start-up healthcare provider organization in the U.K., which added to his diverse background in the industry.

Phil joined Merck in January 2017 as the Senior Business Unit Director for Fertility, Endocrinology, and General Medicine in the British subsidiary. For the past four years, he has served as General Manager of Healthcare Poland and Managing Director of Merck Sp. z o.o. In addition, he holds the position of President of INFARMA, where he represents innovative companies in Poland.

Phil graduated with a degree in Microbiology and Microbiological Technology from the University of Warwick and also earned an MBA from the Open University. His extensive experience and leadership roles have allowed him to contribute meaningfully to the healthcare landscape.
