Member of the Management Board of Orange Polska for Strategy and Corporate Affairs, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the company Polskie Elektrownie Jądrowe. Member of the Advisory Council at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Resilience to Disinformation.

From 2010 to 2012 he was Vice-President of the Management Board and then acting President of the Management Board for PGE Energia Jądrowa S.A. From 2007 till 2010 he served as Deputy Minister of the Interior Affairs and Administration, responsible for the development of information society and public records, as well as Chairman of the government Committee “Digital Poland” and a member of the government Committee for Energy Security and the inter-ministerial Committee for Digital TV and Radio Broadcasting.

He graduated in Law and International Relations at the University of Warsaw and has completed the Stanford Executive Program at Stanford University.
