A technology leader with over 20 years of experience in IT, specializing in the development of innovative solutions in the fintech and banking sectors. Since February 2023, he has served as CTO at Polskie ePłatności, and since January 2024, he has also been a Member of the Management Board. He leads the company’s technology strategy, overseeing software development, business analytics, infrastructure, and IT risk management.

Previously, he held key managerial roles at NatWest Bank, PCG Akademia, and Asseco Poland, where he implemented advanced technology processes, scaled IT teams, and led the commercialization of fintech startups. As the Director of Asseco Innovation Hub, he successfully incubated eight startups, two of which achieved market success.

A graduate of Rzeszow University of Technology and an MBA from the WSB – National Louis University. An expert and enthusiast in Agile, Lean Management, IT strategy, and emerging technologies. An active participant in the Scrum and Agile communities, a speaker at industry events, and a mentor for technology leaders.
