Anna Wróblewska is an expert in Innovation & Design Management, a strategic consultant and leader of design teams. As the founder of Metaphor, she has been supporting companies and institutions in building brand strategies, designing innovative products and services and implementing modern teamwork models for more than 15 years. She combines the methods of design management, service design, user experience and coaching in her work.

Under her leadership, projects have been created that have won both national and international recognition. Particularly notable among them is the co-creation of the groundbreaking BraillePen Braille notepad for the blind and visually impaired, developed for the Harpo brand, which was awarded the IF Design Award (2025), Good Design 2021 and awarded the must have quality mark (2022 and 2024), among others. She also carried out innovative projects for Alvo Medical, recognized with the “I-Wielkopolska” Awards “Interiors of the Future” (2016) and MEDICA DUSSELDORF “i-NOVO” Award (2015), among others. In addition, strategic projects for VOX, implemented under her leadership, have been honored with several awards, highlighting her ability to create innovative solutions.

Anna Wróblewska is the author and content manager of the first postgraduate program in Poland “Innovation Management. Design Management” at SWPS University and a lecturer at School of Form. In addition, as a member of the Board of Collegium Da Vinci for Innovation and Development, she actively influences the development of innovative solutions at the institution.
