Expert in neurodiversity and neuromanagement. She specializes in the application of neuroscience to business, creating brain-based tools and methods that support leadership, productivity and self-development. Her day-to-day work includes creating diagnostic tools to study neurodiversity in organizations, building educational programs to enhance cognitive function, and consulting on neuroatypical-friendly processes.

Dominika has over 15 years of professional experience in Poland and the UK, working with global corporations in the financial, media and IT sectors. She holds a degree in Neuroscience and Mental Health Psychology from King’s College London and is an active member of the Applied Neuroscience Association (ANA).

Her dissertation focuses on the neurobiology of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
