Wojciech Eichelberger

Psychologist, psychotherapist, trainer and business consultant. In my training and therapeutic projects I refer to the concept of integral therapy, which takes into account the body, energy and spirituality of a person in addition to the psyche.
Author of books, expert in the field of mental health, mental resilience and well-being. Co-founder of the Psychoeducation Laboratory and the Institute of Psychoimmunology (IPSI), where he serves as substantive director. For years he has promoted a holistic approach to mental health, combining psychotherapy with elements of body work and spirituality. He is the author of more than a dozen best-selling books, including “Betrayed by My Father,” “A Woman Without Guilt or Shame,” and “Help Yourself, Let the World Breathe.”
In his work and public appearances, he focuses on the topics of resilience, stress management, values-based leadership and the future of work in the context of psychological well-being. He was awarded the Knight’s Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta for his social activities.
