A respected leader in business and project management – he has been involved in the pharmaceutical industry for more than 24 years. Since June 2024, he has headed TZF Polfa, where he combines his passion for innovation with building a growth strategy for one of the world’s most experienced pharmaceutical companies. Under his leadership, TZF Polfa implements cutting-edge operational solutions to increase the availability of drugs in domestic and foreign markets. Supporting the healthcare system by building drug safety is one of the priorities of the Company, which constantly strives to improve the quality of life of patients.

Prior to TZF Polfa, Maksymilian Swiniarski worked at some of the largest biotechnology companies in the world. In the structures of such companies as BAYER, Eli Lilly Poland, AstraZeneca and Synthaverse, he was responsible for drug launches and successfully implemented the strategy of product development in the areas of diabetology, oncology, cardiology and psychiatry.
