He joined J.P. Morgan in April 2019, as one of the founding leadership team members for the project that has since become International Consumer Banking. He currently serves as the CEO for Chase in the UK.

Prior to joining JPMorgan Chase, he was the Head of Product, Customer Segments, Marketing and International Retail at mBank SA, where he also served on the boards of mBank Mortgage Bank, and mElements, a digital payments startup. Prior to that, Kuba was a partner at McKinsey & Company, working in the US and across Europe, specializing in retail banking.

Kuba holds a Master of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Warsaw, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Kuba has lived and worked across the globe, in Brazil, Canada, Germany, the US, and the UK, and he currently resides in London, with his wife, an internationally-published writer and journalist, and three children.
