Head of Fintech Segment at the Polish branch of Mastercard Europe.

Agnieszka is a recognized leader in the financial industry, having gained professional experience in international companies in Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Africa. At the Polish branch of Mastercard, she is responsible for managing the Fintech segment and creating innovative solutions for entities wishing to enter the payments market.

She started her adventure with Mastercard more than 9 years ago in Dubai, where she managed credit products and later took the position of Vice President Market Development at Mastercard Processing.

Prior to joining Mastercard, she worked in the banking sector for many years. At Standard Chartered Malaysia, she served as Personal Cash Product Head, where she was responsible for managing products at every stage of development, from concept to implementation. At Bank Handlowy, she was in charge of installment products.

Using her broad experience, she is actively involved in supporting Fintechs, helping them not only to take their first steps in the Polish and global markets, but also to scale and grow existing businesses.
