A dynamic manager and social impact entrepreneur, serving as President of Fundacja TVN, one of Poland’s leading corporate foundations. She sits on the advisory board of the World Woman Foundation USA, where she co-organizes the annual Women’s Leadership Conference in Davos during the World Economic Forum.

She co-founded some of Poland’s pioneering mentoring initiatives, helping talented youth gain admission to top global universities and promoting sustainable business education. Her career spans high-stakes public and media relations, working with influential clients like the Council of Europe and the European Commission. As a consultant for Public Consulting Group (PCG) in Boston, she contributed to major U.S. government projects, including the rollout of the Affordable Care Act (“Obamacare”), and led efforts to expand public consulting services into the European market. She also served as Director of Special Projects at the “Przekrój” Foundation, where she built and led the international cooperation department.

Zuzanna holds master’s degrees from the University of Cambridge, Lancaster University, and the University of Warsaw. She is an alumna of prestigious leadership programs, including the Leadership Academy for Poland (2016), Aspen Institute CE (2017), and the Swedish Institute’s Sustainable Development Management program (2021).
