BIO

He studied law at the University of Warsaw. Democratic opposition activist and political prisoner. From 1990 to 1993 Director of the Bureau of Analysis and Information of the Office of State Protection. From 1993 to 1994 Deputy Director of the Intelligence Board of the State Protection Office. From 2000 to 2001, advisor to the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration – organizer of the National Criminal Information Center. In 2001, undersecretary of state in the Ministry of Economy, responsible for telecommunications. From 1998 to 2015 (with a break from 2001 to 2007) expert of the Parliamentary Commission for Special Services.

Currently a journalist, academic lecturer and author of books: “Six o’clock in the morning. Who’s knocking.
